The Gap XL is just that, an extra-large 21" toptube version of the tried-and-true Kink Gap. Featuring modern geometry, the frame, fork and bars also add some 4130 chromoly into the mix and is available in two great colorways, Gloss Desert Sand and Matte Aurora Black. Components found on the Gap XL take things up a notch and are not to be missed. Not only will it look the part, the taller 9.25" Kink T925 bars, Kink Stryker forks, Kink Bold HRD stem, sealed Mission Engage cassette hub, and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks help it to feel and perform the part. The addition of a Stealth seat and seat post are not to be overlooked either and add both adjustability and modern compatibility. Modern frame geometry brings a lower bottom bracket and raised standover height to the Gap XL, for a stable ride.

The Honzo 20 is for the mini ripper who has no problem keeping up with the older sibling and needs a bike that rides hard too! The Honzo 20 fits 20x2.6" tires, making it easier to roll over obstacles on the trail. QR hubs keep tube swaps easy, and a 60mm fork keeps the ride nice and plush. The Kink Williams is the flagship model in our line and our only signature bike with Kink Pro team rider Nathan Williams. The Williams is a no compromises bike that gets as close to Nathan's personal ride as possible with a much more friendly price tag. Stacked with aftermarket parts and superior manufacturing and materials, the Williams bike is the best of the best in BMX, no question. The Process 134 CR is one of our best-selling machines for so many reasons: it's a carbon-framed bike that won't destroy your wallet, it features a workhorse Shimano groupset, and it's good at all the things. Easy on the ups, fun on the downs. Playful? Yep, that too. KONA CARBON Designed to be lightweight and built to demanding standards. Carbon fiber has long been praised for its weight and strength, but rather than chase grams, we place our efforts on the performance that is possible when the right high-modulus fibers are in the right places. Our designers work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure there is no compromise to the desired ride characteristics, durability and – finally – weight stipulations that we expect from our bikes. INTERNAL HEADSET Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. For 2017, you'll see the 12x148 Boost standard in the mix. Boost spacing provides more tire clearance at the chainstay yoke, while the rear wheel is stiffer and more durable relative to a 12x142 thru-axle. BEAMER INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION Built to be off-the-top progressive, Beamer Independent Suspension helps the bike to stay higher in the travel and recover from hits more quickly. The Operators are instilled with what our product managers like to call "pure shock movement," whereby the shock is protected from side load. Kink Whip XL One of our most popular models, the Whip, is also available in an XL 21" toptube size. This beast is constructed using full 100% 4130 chromoly throughout the entire frame fork and handlebar set. Complimenting this strong, durable structure are sealed bearings everywhere; headset, bottom bracket, and both front and rear hubs. Both wheels are laced up with Mission Mylar rims, giving this bike double wall rims front and rear. Topping off all the great functionality, the Whip XL comes in a Matte Sedona Red colorway. Featuring Kink Stryker forks, taller 9.25" Kink T925 bars, and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks, the Whip XL is fitted with great components featuring modern geometry. The Kink Switch is truly a standout bike in our lineup. Designed as a brakeless bike, the Switch also includes removable brake mounts and a full brake set for those wanting to ride with brakes. The 2023 Switch does not disappoint in its design or components either, and features 100% 4130 chromoly construction and sealed bearings throughout the bike. The addition of two included plastic pegs means this bike is grind-ready out of the box. The unique Gloss Gravity Grey colorway is paired with all black parts and Kink Chinaski aftermarket seat. Complementing the Switch model are a ton of great components like the Kink Trident forks featuring a one-piece steerer tube, 9" Kink F900 4-piece bars, Kink Bold HRD stem and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks. Combining the removable brake design, two included plastic pegs, and the street style Kink Sever 2.4" tires, really solidifies this bike as a true street machine.

When big enough is just right. The Fit CR26 bikes are big-BMX certified, but nimble enough to throw around at the pump track or on the way to the store. Start with a tall & stable chromoly frame with 33mm offset forks to keep it under control. 4-piece bars, a top load Fit stem and an S&M railed seat/post are the key components in the control room. A V-brake offers easy and efficient braking, as well as improved wheelie control. S&M Speedball tires in the ample 26 X 2.4? size roll smooth and fast. Double-wall alloy rims and sealed bearing hubs keep you on the straight and narrow. The drivetrain comes via 3-piece chromoly 175mm cranks with an alloy Fitsaw 36T sprocket in the front and a 17T freewheel out back. While 14-inch bikes are not all that common, the Kink Pump 14-inch bike fills an important role in our lineup. Kids are not only getting into BMX at an earlier age, they are also progressing at an even earlier age and for that need a proper fitting bike as they grow. The Pump 14-inch fits perfectly between 12-inch and 16-inch bikes and is built with proportionate geometry and components suited to this age and height rider. Small details like the Mission Micro brake lever are considered carefully to ensure everything is of proper fit and function on this bike. The reduced angle of the Weider seat also means kids can sit down and ride comfortably. The Gloss Digital Purple colorway is a unique take on a great color that you really can't go wrong with, and the reflective strip tires add a fresh look to the bike with the bonus of some added safety. The 6-inch rise T600 bars, 14-inch Lance forks, and Pump frame all feature geometry tailored just for this 14-inch bike to fit the rider who's outgrown their 12-inch. ONA 6061 ALUMINUM Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing's wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame's strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application.
