RETURN POLICY

If there’s a problem with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review the return policies below:

  • Sales receipt required for all returns.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all original tags and stickers intact.

GENERAL STOCK ITEMS: Must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies. This may be waived if you opt for in-store credit instead of a refund.

REFUND METHOD: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Cash refunds over $50 will be paid by check to the name on the original receipt and available for pickup within 24–36 business hours.
  • If someone else is picking up the refund check, 505 Cycles must be notified in advance.

BICYCLES: Must be returned within 24 hours and are subject to approval.

  • If accepted, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the bike has been modified in any way, including tubeless setup or part swaps.

LAYAWAY POLICY: 90-Day Layaway requires 20% down with 90 days to complete payment.

LAYAWAY CANCELLATION: Layaway orders may be cancelled at any time; however, the deposit and all payments are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES: The following are not eligible for return or refund — closeout items, labor, custom bikes, special orders, items requiring installation or adjustments, gift cards, and any item purchased through Acima or Kafene.

ACIMA & KAFENE RETURNS: Please contact Acima or Kafene directly for all returns and lease-related issues.

FINAL SALE: All Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and bargain bin sales are final.
