The Process 134 CR is one of our best-selling machines for so many reasons: it's a carbon-framed bike that won't destroy your wallet, it features a workhorse Shimano groupset, and it's good at all the things. Easy on the ups, fun on the downs. Playful? Yep, that too. KONA CARBON Designed to be lightweight and built to demanding standards. Carbon fiber has long been praised for its weight and strength, but rather than chase grams, we place our efforts on the performance that is possible when the right high-modulus fibers are in the right places. Our designers work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure there is no compromise to the desired ride characteristics, durability and – finally – weight stipulations that we expect from our bikes. INTERNAL HEADSET Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. For 2017, you'll see the 12x148 Boost standard in the mix. Boost spacing provides more tire clearance at the chainstay yoke, while the rear wheel is stiffer and more durable relative to a 12x142 thru-axle. BEAMER INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION Built to be off-the-top progressive, Beamer Independent Suspension helps the bike to stay higher in the travel and recover from hits more quickly. The Operators are instilled with what our product managers like to call "pure shock movement," whereby the shock is protected from side load. Designed to be highly tuneable and extremely durable, the Beamer IS is our version of greased lightning.

The Gap XL is just that, an extra-large 21" toptube version of the tried-and-true Kink Gap. Featuring modern geometry, the frame, fork and bars also add some 4130 chromoly into the mix and is available in two great colorways, Gloss Desert Sand and Matte Aurora Black. Components found on the Gap XL take things up a notch and are not to be missed. Not only will it look the part, the taller 9.25" Kink T925 bars, Kink Stryker forks, Kink Bold HRD stem, sealed Mission Engage cassette hub, and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks help it to feel and perform the part. The addition of a Stealth seat and seat post are not to be overlooked either and add both adjustability and modern compatibility. Modern frame geometry brings a lower bottom bracket and raised standover height to the Gap XL, for a stable ride.

Big & bad, the Fit CR29 is a full-scale BMX machine for salty veterans of the two-wheeled battlefield or those just looking to cruise the streets. Kitted out in vintage YZ-inspired livery, the CRs are moto-influenced and ready to roll. 100% chromoly frame, 4-piece bars with a comfy 7? rise and an upright Fit top load stem. Seating arrangements come in the way of an S&M Sharpie Shield railed seat and micro-adjust post with a quick-release clamp for on-the-fly adjustments. On the rubber side, you're rolling smooth and fast on S&M Speedball tires in the plus sized 29 X 2.4? spec, mounted on double-wall alloy rims with sealed hubs front and rear. 3-piece 175mm cranks and 36/17 gearing get you there, with new V-brakes in the rear to slow your roll. Add a "Hurricane" frame pad for a true motocross feel and you have a bike that's big, fast and fun. What else do you need?

When big enough is just right. The Fit CR26 bikes are big-BMX certified, but nimble enough to throw around at the pump track or on the way to the store. Start with a tall & stable chromoly frame with 33mm offset forks to keep it under control. 4-piece bars, a top load Fit stem and an S&M railed seat/post are the key components in the control room. A V-brake offers easy and efficient braking, as well as improved wheelie control. S&M Speedball tires in the ample 26 X 2.4? size roll smooth and fast. Double-wall alloy rims and sealed bearing hubs keep you on the straight and narrow. The drivetrain comes via 3-piece chromoly 175mm cranks with an alloy Fitsaw 36T sprocket in the front and a 17T freewheel out back. Add a quick-release seat clamp to raise it up on the ride home and you're cruising in style.

Much like its larger-wheeled sibling, the Mahuna, the Cinder Cone is the perfect all-rounder for the person looking to ride off-road or cruise around the backwoods bike paths. It features an air fork with 100mm of travel, as well as a dependable 11-speed drivetrain and disc brakes. If you're a fan of plus bikes, you can run up to 2.8" tires. The Cinder Cone is where the mountain meets functionality at a great price.

While 14-inch bikes are not all that common, the Kink Pump 14-inch bike fills an important role in our lineup. Kids are not only getting into BMX at an earlier age, they are also progressing at an even earlier age and for that need a proper fitting bike as they grow. The Pump 14-inch fits perfectly between 12-inch and 16-inch bikes and is built with proportionate geometry and components suited to this age and height rider. Small details like the Mission Micro brake lever are considered carefully to ensure everything is of proper fit and function on this bike.
